It was designed from the clinician's side first: how therapists find work, get paid fairly and keep their documentation in order.

The problem
Families looking for OT, PT or speech therapy often don't know where to start, and independent therapists spend hours on scheduling, paperwork and chasing payment instead of treating.
Most staffing tools treat therapists as interchangeable shifts. AzenCare starts from what a licensed clinician needs to practice well.
What was built
A two-sided marketplace
Separate experiences for clients and therapists, with onboarding that captures each profession and license type correctly, including assistants (OTA, PTA) alongside therapists.
Transparent payments
Every transaction shows the therapist the client price, processor fees, platform fee and their own payout. Nothing is hidden in the split.
Privacy designed in from the start
The data model separates protected health information from everything else, so HIPAA-grade hosting and business associate agreements can be switched on before any real patient data enters the system.
Built for real-world use
A redesigned interface that works on phones, tablets and desktops, refined in production as therapists and clients used it.
