This policy explains what information PracticeNerds collects through practicenerds.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, practice name, email address and message you enter. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request, to run and protect the site.

No patient or health information

This website is not designed to receive protected health information. Please do not send patient details or other sensitive health information through the contact form or by email. If you include it, we will delete it and ask you to resend your message without it.

How we use it

We use your contact details only to reply to your message and to discuss working together. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Vercel, and contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. These providers process the information only to provide their services to us.

Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies or track you across other sites.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our conversation, then delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent by replying to any email from us or using the contact form on the home page.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
