A clinician who builds software for practices like yours
PracticeNerds was founded by Alexander Azenabor, MS, OTR/L. He has worked on both sides of practice life: treating patients, and designing the software that supports care.
I'm an occupational therapist. I've worked in home care, skilled nursing and pediatric settings, and I've seen how much of a clinician's day goes to phone calls, paperwork and scheduling instead of patients.
Alongside clinical work, I design and build software. AzenCare is a therapy workforce platform that connects therapists, clients and healthcare organizations. Azens is a planning system built around people's roles, routines and capacity. Both started with the question I bring to every practice: how does the work actually happen?
I started PracticeNerds because independent practices deserve a digital front door as good as the care behind it. Most agencies start with the website. I start with your workflow: how patients find you, how they book, what happens at intake, and where your team loses time. Then we build the website and systems around it.
